    By accessing or using eSnipe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

    2. Description of service

    eSnipe is an eBay listing monitoring service that helps users track new listings matching their specified criteria. The Service sends notifications via Discord webhooks when matching listings are found.

    3. Affiliate disclosure

    eSnipe is a participant in the eBay Partner Network, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to eBay.

    • Links to eBay contain affiliate tracking codes.
    • We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through our links.
    • This commission comes from eBay and does not affect the price you pay.
    • This affiliate revenue allows us to provide the Service free of charge.

    4. User accounts

    When you create an account with us, you must:

    • Provide accurate and complete information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
    • Be at least 18 years of age

    You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

    5. Acceptable use

    You agree not to use the Service to:

    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    • Violate eBay's terms of service
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
    • Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service
    • Resell or redistribute access to the Service
    • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

    6. Discord webhooks

    By providing a Discord webhook URL, you confirm that you have permission to send messages to that Discord channel and that the webhook is owned by you or you have been granted access by the owner.

    7. Service availability

    We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

    • Scheduled maintenance
    • Technical issues
    • Changes to eBay's platform or API
    • Force majeure events

    8. No guarantees

    While we strive to provide accurate and timely notifications, we cannot guarantee:

    • That all matching listings will be detected
    • The accuracy of listing information from eBay
    • Specific notification delivery times
    • The availability or condition of any items listed on eBay

    We are not responsible for any transactions you make on eBay. All purchases are subject to eBay's terms and conditions.

    9. Intellectual property

    The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by eSnipe and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    10. Disclaimer of warranties

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    11. Limitation of liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESNIPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

    12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eSnipe from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

    13. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

    14. Changes to terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

    15. Governing law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
